Birth Doula Package:

Free Consultation
Call, video chat, or meet in person at a location of your choice for a 30 minute interview to chat about your upcoming birth, get to know fun things about each other to build trust, go over pricing and services, and to answer any questions. $500 fee due at time of contract signing.
Payment plans and trades can be considered.
Prenatal Support:
Up to 2 visits (more visits can be discussed if necessary) at a location of your choice before the birth. These visits usually last about 1 ½ hrs. We discuss birth preferences, comfort measures, goals, options and choices, concerns or fears, come up with a birth plan and answer any questions.
You will also be welcome to call, text, or chat frequently for full, unbiased support from time of hire until birth during normal business hours. Listening, empathy, providing resources and education will also be available as well as access to a lending library of birth and breastfeeding books.

Also included in the package, is a chance to come to a prenatal appointment with the provider you have chosen so we can all meet and discuss things together as a team, if desired.
Labor and Birth:
On call support from 38 weeks until birth. Continuous labor support will be provided in the home and/or birth place. When you are ready for that support, please contact me and plan on about an hour for me to get to you. I will then provide positive physical, emotional, and educational support through the entire birth and then up to 2 hours after birth to assist with skin to skin and breastfeeding, if desired.

Postpartum follow-up visit:
1 postpartum follow-up visit in your home or location of your choice anytime between 1 - 4 weeks postpartum. We will discuss and process the birth and chat for an hour about any other questions you may have or anything that you may need help with. Plan on me helping with laundry, or holding baby while you shower or nap, watching other children or making a meal for the time I'm there if you wish.
